	We provide student accommodation in the Lincoln area. We own and maintain all our houses ourselves and do not act as an agency. We are members of the university Code Of Practice scheme.
	We have properties on West Parade and Carholme Road, Lincoln. All our accommodation is heated, with washing machines, showers, freezers, microwaves and tumble dryers. All are nicely furnished and decorated. All bedrooms have TV aerial outlets and broadband internet access and most of them have double beds. Our rents include gas, water, electricity, TV licence and unlimited broadband internet access in every bedroom.
